Child abuse does not discriminate.It occurs in every community, socioeconomic status and racial group. Jackson County CASA addresses these issues in our communities by protecting the child’s interests in the court proceedings—thus preventing further abuse and neglect—and by facilitating the child’s movement into a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible. |
